Volunteer Coordinator- ???

Making sure volunteers get phone banked, volunteers are confirmed/know where to be the volunteer day, and communicates to the point person for volunteer activity who will is confirmed.

VAN training needed. VAN is our system that has our volunteer info.  The training would take less then half and hour its pretty simple.

Website updater- Kip Williams

Kip Williams regularly updates the website and google calendar with volunteer events and general league info.  Communication is needed by the event coordinator for updates and email blast coordinator to ensure emails and website are succinct. 

Website training needed.  It would be like half an hour.

Email Blasts- Ali Uscilka

Ali Uscilka writes the email blasts to communicate what is going on with the league and how to plug in.  Communicates with website updater to make sure info needed for the email is linked up to the website, and communicates with event coordinator.

DIA (email system) training needed.  Its pretty simple it would take less then 20 mins and I have info about how to write effective emails I can send to you. 

Post Volunteer Confirmation/ Thank you Person-  ???

Sends thank you emails to those that come through to volunteer events and inputs who those were in the VAN system so we can track who is actually volunteering and showing up.  Communicates with point person of volunteer events to find out who showed up that said they would volunteer and others that came in through us (ie website or friends,etc).

VAN(volunteer management system) training it would take less then 20 minutes.

Event Coordinator-???

Calendars and plans all events going on with the league, makes sure there are point person for each event we get involved in or take on and makes sure point person knows what the event entails.  Communicates with Point person, volunteer coordinator, website updator with all events that we plan to take on.

Alliance Coordinator- Mary Kim Nguyen

Coordinates with orgs that want to get involved and see where they fit.  Should be informed of all events and Volunteer activities so coordination can be effective.

Voter Guide Distribution Coordinator- Dan Tan-Nguyen

Keeps track of all voter guides, distributes voter guides amongst other people/entities, makes a plan on how they will be distributed ie events to ensure we are at 0 by 8pm Nov 4th and at 1000 on Nov 3rd 8pm(or something like that)

Voter Guide Creators- Jeremy Pollock and Poonam Whabi

Creates and writes the Voter Guide!

Radio Station Coordinators- Jeremy Pollock and  Marc Powell

Coordinates a weekly Radio Show at Pirate Cat Radio Station. 

Election Day Party-  Aliza Wasserman

Coordinates with other campaigns to make it happen and finds a good space for it. 

Media Coordinator- ???

Does media for the SF League. 

GOTV coordinator- ???

Must have Monday and Tuesday of Election day free to be point person and coordinator of both days.  Coordinates what and with who we will be doing in D11 and visibility throughout the city.  Communicates with volunteer coordinator, website updater, and email blast coordinator.
