The Portland Charter Commission is sponsoring a panel discussion on “Should Portland have an elected Mayor?” with panelists James Bennett, former city manager of Lewiston; Tim Honey, former city manager of Portland; John Jenkins, mayor of Auburn and former mayor of Lewiston; and Donnalee Lozeau, mayor of Nashua, NH, moderated by Pam Plumb, Chair of the Charter Commission.
 
When: Monday, October 26, 5:30 – 7:00 pm - Public panel discussion, with public participation (written questions); 7:30 - 9:00 pm - Follow-up discussion between the panel and the Portland Charter Commission, with the public invited to listen.
 
Where: Portland High School Auditorium, 284 Cumberland Avenue
