Public Speaking Training

NRCM executive director Brownie Carson and professional storyteller Lorna Stengel will be on hand to give you tips on how to give the most compelling and effective testimony. The workshop will begin at 6:00 p.m. after a brief introduction to the issue and pizza that will be provided by NRCM. The public hearing is scheduled as follows: Saturday, December 15th in Portland at the Holiday Inn by the Bay Doors open at 9:00 a.m. and the hearings begin at 10:00 a.m.
