The Board will consider a proposed ordinance that provides a voluntary alternative to minimum parking requirements for development with a "Fee in Lieu of Parking" option. The proposed land use ordinance amendments include a reorganization of the parking requirements and the creation of a "Sustainable Transportation Fund."
