 sional District 1 Candidate Debate at SPACE Gallery. All eight Distric
 t 1 Congressional Candidates have confirmed. The debate will begin wit
 h opening remarks\, followed by prepared questions from the sponsoring
  and co-sponsoring organizations. Each congressional candidate will ha
 ve one question to ask any other candidate\, ending with closing remar
 ks. Justin Ellis from the Portland Press Herald will moderate.
