5-for-5: the deets and feats!

That's right, you read that right: 5 for 5! All of our endorsed candidates won their Primary, and well, since this is our second full-win in a row, and it was our first time endorsing in a Primary, we're a little excited...!

The League wins a Five-for-Fiver!

This past Tuesday seemed nail-biting, but we managed to make it through with little damage to ourselves (except, maybe, yeah--our sleeping patterns are a bit off!). For the second time in a row, the League's full endorsement slate has made it through, and we're pretty proud!

Congratulations Peter Stuckey, Diane Russell, Justin Alfond, Chellie Pingree, and Tom Allen!

But we have to remember--we couldn't have done it without all the amazing volunteers who really rocked the past few weeks with us. We felt pretty loved and intensely special at how y'all stepped it up and really delivered the results to us. So thank you-thank you-thank you.

"It's been a wild ride," said Sam Frankel, Steering Committee member and avid volunteer. "The League's endorsement process was sound, and highly democratic, and in the end Portland's vote reflected the League's own process of choosing candidates."

Scope out some of our incredible Election Day volunteers!
