Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable (check cutting, online payments, paper and electronic files).
- Accounts Receivable (bank deposits, donor tracking software).
- Payroll processing.
- Systems management (Excel, Quickbooks, Salesforce, GoogleDocuments).
- Financial assistance for local League organizations.
- Reports creation (Profit & Loss, Cashflow).
- Event planning.
- General Office support (telephones, supplies).
- Encourage financial intelligence/integrity throughout the organization.
- Manage interns, assist in hirings.
Experience
- Experience with computer databases and comfort with computers.
- Effective communicator with a problem-solving mind.
- Management experience.
