Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable (check cutting, online payments, paper and electronic files).
• Accounts Receivable (bank deposits, donor tracking software).
• Payroll processing.
• Systems management (Excel, Quickbooks, Salesforce, GoogleDocuments).
• Financial assistance for local League organizations.
• Reports creation (Profit & Loss, Cashflow).
• Event planning.
• General Office support (telephones, supplies).
• Encourage financial intelligence/integrity throughout the organization.
• Manage interns, assist in hirings.

Experience

• Experience with computer databases and comfort with computers.
• Effective communicator with a problem-solving mind.
• Management experience.
