- Fix styles for media_view/homepages.

- Double-check ability to add custom photos (Trey)
- After news items are created in satellites, enable spotlight (Trey)
- Subclass newsitem to support 'deck' rich text field. I've created an 'article' content type, but need to confirm that it's suitable.
- Make siteactions visible for logged in users.
- Add tagline for quills (i.e. Bob from Maine)
- Add donate now graphics (Note: these are currently set via CSS, not via satellite properties.)

- Modify satellite to support IBrowserDefault such that topics can be set as the default page. I've changed the default satellite view to use folder_media_view in showing news listings. We'll need to be specific about where hp news items are located, in this case, or use the feature workflow.
